やばいな。次は海ですぜ！

けど残念な事に申し込み時間大陸を移動中でして間に合わず不参加です。
けどまぁ海までは行ってみようかな。久しぶりに！
にしても、久しぶりにプールで泳いだせいか腰＆背中に激痛。。
